The 5th edition of the Spanish Wine Fair in China is coming up at the end of October, and Spanish wines will be on display in several of the city’s biggest cities: Beijing, on the 23rd; Shanghai, on the 25th; and Shenzhen, on the 27th.
The fair will place some of the country’s best wines squarely in the spotlight, wines from around 50 of its leading wineries, from top Designations of Origin, made from a wide variety of grapes and with scores of more than 90 points in prestigious guides such as Peñín and Robert Parker. In short, this is one of the most comprehensive and diverse wine fairs in all of Asia.
Attendees will enjoy the wide variety of wines available for tasting, and Spanish wine importers from China who are interested in diversifying their portfolios will be able to connect with new wineries and products. The fair caters strictly to trade professionals, i.e. sommeliers, HoReCa professionals, wine experts, employees of trade journals, etc.
Participating wineries include Bodegas Godelia, Bodegas Lan, Felix Solis Avantis, Cellers Sant Rafel, Paco de Larrainzar, Bodegas Verum, Rioja Vega – Principe de Viana, and Bodegas Marco Real, among many others.
The fair is being jointly organized by the website Vinehoo.com, Lucaris, Enasia and KJT.com. The latter recently unveiled a page on the site dedicated exclusively to Spanish products.
This wine fair is for trade professionals and will enable Spanish wineries interested in expanding into China to network with importers
